Well, it seems like most everyone has the same idea I have about their favorite piece of literature and picture. But I would bring my Bible, and a picture of me and my best friend Hanna. A lot of people say that their family is very important to them and that's why they would take a picture of them, but in my opinion my best friend is just as important to me. I know, that for me this decision was not difficult because this is the way I have always felt.
I choose the Bible, because God has promised me and everyone else that every question is answered through him. Whenever I am in doubt; I know that God will always be there to help me. He is the only one in my life that will never judge me, he will just try to lead me on the right path. I believe that the purpose in life is to serve him and others, not just yourself. When I have obstacles in my life, I know I can just go to God and that he will help me through whatever troubles I am going through; and will give me the right answer every time to keep me on the right track.
For my picture; I would have to choose one of me and my best friend Hanna, when we first met. I've known her for three years now, and ever since then we have been best friends. At times, she's more important to me than my own family. She is really the only one I can trust in my life and I can go to her for anything. When we first met it was at a day camp called "Noah's Landing" and that's where this picture was taken. It was taken three years ago, but I would choose this picture because every time I look at it; it reminds me of the very week we became friends and how much we learned about each other. She truly is a blessing in my life, and I am very thankful that God has put her in my life; and i know that he will keep her there.
Those are the two things I would keep in the future with me :)
